April 10, 2024 – Beckett Thermal Solutions® (Beckett) announced today that it has acquired the assets of Burnertech Combustion Engineers Ltd. (Burnertech) in Bolton, UK through its UK operations. The new company will be known as Beckett Commercial Solutions Ltd.
Morrison Carter, President & CEO of Beckett Thermal Solutions said “We are happy to be adding the colleagues, products and assets from Burnertech to the Beckett Thermal Solutions family. Burnertech adds a wide range of burner technologies and skills which complement and expand the Beckett product offering. The team and products from Burnertech will also enable us to more quickly broaden our customer base and expansion into new markets.”
